Payout Methodology.

V for Vicious Project (V4V) is an independent artistic production owned and directed by Kait Vicious.

V4V is not an employer, and participation does not constitute employment; no W-2s, 1099s, or other tax documents will be issued.

V4V Collaborators are not agents of the project in any way, shape, or form: Do not speak on the project’s behalf, outside of Collaboration itself, and do not act on the project’s behalf, outside of Collaboration itself.

Proof of identity is required to share media on subscriber channels — if you do not have a driver’s license or other legal identification, please email meow@vforvicious.com directly to arrange an alternative verification process.

Artworks and Revenue from Original Paintings.

Collaborators are not permitted to print, reproduce, or sell prints of any artworks (including paintings or stills) produced during co-creation. Likewise, collaborators may not repost, resell, or share any photo or video media on individual subscriber sites, nor may they distribute or sell any related media at any time.

All artworks, stills, and video media generated through V for Vicious Project are archived, distributed, and sold exclusively through V for Vicious platforms and channels. This ensures that all creative material remains protected and presented in alignment with the project’s artistic, ethical, and conceptual framework.

Collaborators may not share or post any content related to their collaboration on personal social media channels or personal websites without written consent from Kait Vicious.

By participating in V for Vicious Project, collaborators acknowledge and agree that all creative content—including concepts, performances, images, recordings, and artworks is the sole intellectual and creative property of Kait Vicious, and may not be reproduced, reinterpreted, or resold without explicit written permission from Kait Vicious.

Should a Collaborator breach any of the contractual terms, they agree to compensate V4V in a monetary sum equivalent to damages incurred to the project as a direct result of the contractual breach, calculated by V4V.

Revenue-Share Breakdown:

  • Should an original artwork sell, the Collaborator associated with that work is compensated with a percentage of revenue after V4V retains a finite amount deducted from initial sale equalling the overhead cost of showing, marketing, selling, packaging, and delivering an artwork. Collaborators are given a detailed summary of overhead expenses.

  • Of the remaining revenue, Collaborators receive a 30% revenue share from the sale of any original artworks — such as paintings and stills.

  • Should V4V produce any merchandise related to a Collaborator’s Co-Created artworks for sale online, at events, festivals, etc. the Collaborator associated with that work is compensated in the amount of 30% of revenue remaining after V4V retains a finite amount, deducted from initial sales revenue, equalling the overhead cost of producing, showing, marketing, selling, packaging, and delivering an artwork. Collaborators are given a detailed summary of overhead expenses.

    • Merchandise Payouts are calculated monthly for online sales and within three weeks after an event, festival, etc.

    • Merchandise Payouts and continuously — Collaborator’s continue to collect revenue generated from their Merchandise in perpetuity.

Subscriber channels.

Each Co-Created Dialogue and Performance, including Stills and Behind the Scenes content, are distributed as premium content on V4V Official Website and under V4V subscriber accounts on third party channels.

Projects shared on V4V Official Website, as well as third party streaming platforms, are released as Pay-Per-View (PPV) offerings and may include StillsVideo Performances, and Dialogue episodes all shared and purchased separately.

All Collaborators have the option to determine whether their work appears censored or uncensored according to personal preference and comfort level. Consent, boundaries, and image rights are discussed and confirmed in writing prior to publishing.

Revenue-Share Breakdown:

  • Most third party channels retain a standard platform percentage (currently 20%).

  • Of the remaining revenue, V for Vicious Project will retain a finite amount equalling the overhead cost of producing a single Collaborator’s Co-Created Dialogue, Performance, and Portrait (cost of materials used in the making of the painting, rental equipment, studio space, labor, or additional overhead cost involved in the collaboration). Collaborators are given a detailed summary of overhead expenses.

  • Of the remaining revenue Kait Vicious and Collaborator will submit travel expenses (gas mileage) to V4V for reimbursal. Expenses are non-reimbursable without transaction receipts.

  • Of the remaining revenue, Collaborators receive 50% of all income generated directly from PPV content related to their:

    • Co-Created Performance

    • Stills / Photo Documentation

    • Recorded Dialogue or Interview

Payments are calculated monthly and continuously — Collaborator’s continue to collect revenue generated from their Dialogue, Performance, and Portrait in perpetuity.

Payments are issued once revenue is cleared by the platform.

In addition to payment and a summary of expenses, Collaborators receive a detailed earnings summary outlining total PPV sales, platform deductions, and their final payout.

NOTE: This is a legally binding contract, contact V4V should you have any questions or require clarity before signing.

NOTE: Contact V4V if your performance is specialized, or involves any other extenuating circumstances before signing.

NOTE: Collaborators are not guaranteed a payout amount at any time, as revenue is generated according to sale from original works and subscriber channels.
